Shanghai, China, December, 2003 - Sterling Global Human Resource Consulting, one of the leading Executive Search and Consulting firms in Asia- Pacific with offices World-Wide and the first executive search firm in China announced today that Dr. William Mobley Ph.D. President and Managing Director of Shanghai based Legend Global Pacific Ltd. has signed a global alliance agreement that further strengthens Sterling Global HRC's burgeoning consulting business arm.
Dr. Mobley will lead the further development of Sterling Global HRC's consulting business globally while providing Fortune 1000 companies and clients an array of consulting services including, Executive Coaching, Leadership Team Coaching, Executive Assessment, China Market Entry, Organizational Culture Surveys and Change, 360 degree Feedback, Employee Testing, HRIS & Payroll Systems, Employee Attitude Surveys, M&A; and JV Leadership, Human Capital and Corporate Culture Due Diligence Development, Employee Turnover Analysis and Consulting, Organizational Design Analysis, Consulting Strategic HR, Talent Management Consulting and HR Outsourced Processes. Bill will work directly with Chairman/CEO Robert F. Macdonald.

Dr. William Mobley also serves as Professor of Management at The China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in Shanghai where he teaches MBA, EMBA and Executive Education courses in Leadership, Strategic Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior. Bill previously served as Corporate Manager of HR Research for PPG Industries; as Dean of the College of Business and later President of Texas A&M; University; as President of PDI Global Research Consortium Ltd.; and serves on the Board of Directors of five companies. He has authored several books including "Employee Turnover: Causes, Consequences and Control" (Addison / Wesley) and is the Executive Editor of "Advances in Global Leadership" (JAI / Elseveir).
