Specialized in serving primarily the building, manufacturing, infrastructure, and digital media markets, this US company is in search for a GEO FACILITIES MANAGER for APAC sales offices (exclude India and China)
You are responsible for 12 sales offices in Australia, Thailand, Japan and Singapore. You must be familiar with lease management and negotiation, contract administration, project management for set up of new offices and redesigns. You should have served in similiar capacity in an MNC for no less than 8 years and attained a minimum Academic Degree in Real Estate / Engineering.
