Description: My Client is presently looking for a BM & ASSET MGT, AVP who will be responsible for the planning and implementation for the company’s expansion and asset management strategies. The person has to be evaluating and structuring of investment proposals and conducting market reviews and feasibility. They are looking for someone who has MB/CFA qualification with 10 years experience and have good exposure to REITs. Responsible for Overall planning and implementation of the company's expansion and asset management strategies, Sourcing, evaluatingand structuring of investment proposals and conducting market reviews and feasibility studies, including discounted cashflow modelling, Coordinating projects to achieve cost effectiveness and timely completion, Establishing strategic business alliances with potential joint venture partners. Frequent travelling is expected. The job will be based in Singapore.
